AI Operator (AIO): InventoryLab workflows
Getting inventory to Amazon means building a batch, boxing it, choosing placement, buying shipping, and printing labels. AI Operator (AIO) handles that work for you.
Tell it what you’re shipping in plain English, and it acts directly inside InventoryLab. No switching between tabs. AIO reads your live data and takes action for you, and you confirm a few actions along the way.
Here’s what it can do:
- Create your batch. Give AIO your ASINs, quantities, COGS, supplier, and price, or hand it a buy list. It builds an FBA SPD batch with your InventoryLab defaults unless you say otherwise, and returns your FNSKU labels. You can also set a batch name, box contents type, min/max preferences, shipping address, and expiration dates.
- Box it. Share your box dimensions, weight, and number of boxes, and AIO moves the batch into Box It. It can split inventory into equal boxes and estimate weight from product unit weight.
- Get Amazon placement options. AIO requests the available options and shipment costs. If Amazon is still processing, ask AIO to check status, and it returns the options once they’re ready.
- Choose an option and buy shipping. Ask for the cheapest option, and AIO selects it for your confirmation. Once you approve, it purchases shipping.
- Get your labels. AIO returns your box labels and shipping labels. It can also provide FNSKU labels, 2D barcodes, pallet labels, and your Bill of Lading when they apply.
New workflows ship regularly as more tools, actions, and capabilities are added.
AI Operator is included with Seller 365. Connecting your tools is all the setup it takes.
