Tactical Arbitrage source site improvements
We’ve rolled out a major round of fixes across 26 priority source sites in Tactical Arbitrage. The result: more complete scans, more accurate product data, and fewer sourcing searches coming back empty or with missing information.
Three previously unavailable sites are back online:
- Etsy Canada is back after being unavailable since 2023, now with bot protection bypassed and its product grid updated.
- GNC is back after being disabled since January 2025, with bot protection handled.
- TK Maxx is back after being disabled since January 2026 due to bot protection.
Other notable improvements:
- Walmart searches no longer get stuck scanning without checking products.
- Bath and Body Works scans now continue past page 1. The guest sign-in step that was failing and stopping every scan has been fixed.
- Vitacost now pulls pricing and stock directly from the retailer’s own store, correcting roughly 37% of prices that were previously out of date. Old category links work again too.
- Amazon Best Sellers pages read correctly again after Amazon changed how products are laid out.
- Target old category links now redirect to their updated versions, and products without a UPC are re-checked.
- Staples in-stock products are no longer wrongly marked as out of stock, and department pages that previously returned no product list are fixed.
- Fanatics prices, images, and paging are corrected, so items with restricted pricing and large categories scan in full.
- Wayfair Canada fixed a request error that was getting every page refused, and updated to the new product listing layout.
- Currys product names and images now read correctly after a site change, and blocked pages are avoided.
- Lowe’s category scans are restored. Product pages remain blocked by bot protection, so products are matched on title, image, and stored UPCs.
- Shark Clean has been updated to follow the site’s move to sharkninja.co.uk.
Additional fixes covering layout changes, bot protection, and request errors were also applied to: Character Online, Crocs, Druni, eBay UK, Harrods, Kate Spade, Next, Quill, Reebok, Sally Beauty, Ted Baker, and eBay UK.
One site is temporarily offline: Toys”R”Us Canada is disabled while the retailer’s site is under construction.
Retail sites change constantly, and we’ll keep monitoring priority sources as those changes happen.
